At Reading Banners, we take pride in our swift service and reliable printing standards. As our products are custom-crafted, returns follow specific protocols. Please review these guidelines prior to ordering.
1. What Qualifies for a Return?
Returns are accepted only under these conditions:

Noticeable print flaws (such as blurring, misaligned text, or smudges)

Incorrect product type or size received as opposed to what was ordered

Missing finishing features (like eyelets, hems, or pole pockets)
2. How to Report a Problem
To begin the return process, please adhere to these instructions:

Reach out to us within 24 hours after you receive your order

Use your order number in the subject line

Attach clear photographs taken from a distance of at least 2 metres to illustrate the issue
Photographic evidence is required to process returns. Our team will review all submissions before approval is given.
3. If Your Package Arrives Damaged
Should the packaging appear damaged upon delivery, do not accept the package.
By accepting a damaged package, you acknowledge receipt of the item in its current state, which negates any return claims for physical damage.
4. Return Shipping Costs
If your return is authorised:

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

For safety, we suggest using a tracked courier service

Reading Banners is not liable for returns that are misplaced or damaged during transport

Initial delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return stems from a verified product fault
5. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:

Products with approved artwork that have spelling or layout mistakes

Orders affected by courier delays, minor colour differences (within 10–15%), or personal preference

Custom prints that fulfil specifications but do not match subjective preferences
We maintain the right to refuse any return request not covered by these conditions.
6. Return Process & Resolution
After we receive and review your return:

If a fault is verified, we will provide either a replacement or refund depending on the situation and your choice

If no problem is detected, the original item will be returned to you, and no refund or replacement will be offered
